💳 Subscription & billing

  • Manage / cancel subscription— open the Settings tab in the app and tap “Manage subscription (App Store)”, or go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Restore purchases— Settings tab → tap “🔄 Restore purchases”.
  • Refund requests — go to reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple handles all refunds). If Apple refuses and you believe you have a strong case, email us.
  • Credit bundles are non-refundable once redeemed (consumable purchases).

👤 Account & data

  • Sign in with Apple, Google, or email magic link via the Settings tab in the app.
  • Delete your account — Settings tab → Delete account. Permanent and irreversible.
  • Data export / privacy — see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@koreaclass.app.

🐛 Common issues

Voice recording doesn’t work

Go to iPhone Settings → KoreaClass and enable Microphone + Speech Recognition. If it still fails, restart the app.

Paywall stuck loading

Check internet. Restart the app. If still stuck, tap “Restore purchases” in Settings — sometimes it refreshes the offering catalogue.

AI feedback in wrong language

Settings tab → Native language → pick yours. The teacher voice + reports will switch to that language on next lesson.
